BISHNUPRIYA BALASHRAM 

The organization is maintaining an Old Age Home at Village Chhanapadi in Hatadihi Block of Keonjhar District w.e.f 01.02.2000 with the financial assistance from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi. Like previous year, this year, the organization managed the Old Age Home in a suitable rented building with all facilities and amenities, 25 senior citizens of both the sex above 60 years of age have been provided free food, lodging, health care, clothing and recreation facilities etc during the year and required staff as per the norms of the scheme have been engaged for the purpose.

For establishment of 2nd unit of OLD AGE HOME at Keonjhar, the state Govt. (W&C.D., Deptt.) have recommended the proposal of the organization to Govt. of India for sanction of funds during 2010-11, but the Govt. of India have not sanctioned the funds to open 2nd unit of OLD AGE HOME at the District Headquarter, Keonjhar, Odisha till now.In the meanwhile the scheme has been chaged. The organization proposed to apply again as per the revised scheme of Govt. of India during 2021-22
